How To Integrate Shopify with EasyParcel?

Integrate Shopify with EasyParcel in 9 steps.

  • login

    Login & Install Shopify App

    Log in to EasyParcel, go to EasyConnect, and install the Shopify app.

  • tune

    Select 'Seamless Version'

    Choose 'Seamless Version' when prompted to pick the integration type.

    Enter Store Details

    Fill in your store name and store URL, then click 'Add'.

  • key

    Copy Integration ID

    Your store API key / Integration ID will be generated. Copy it.

  • install_mobile

    Install on Shopify

    Search for "EasyParcel - Delivery Made Easy" in Shopify Apps and install.

    Start Setup

    Read the instructions under the 'Getting Started' tab and click 'Start Setup'.

    Configure Shipping Settings

    Choose your shipping country and paste the Integration ID from Step 4.

    Review Sender's Details

    Review the auto-filled sender details, make edits if needed, then click 'Save'.

    Require Phone at Checkout

    Set 'Shipping address phone number' to 'Required' in Shopify checkout settings.

Login & Install Shopify App

Log in to your EasyParcel account, navigate to EasyConnect, then click 'Add Ecommerce App'. Find 'Shopify' and click 'Install App' to get started.

Select 'Seamless Version'

When prompted to choose an integration type, select 'Seamless Version' to continue.

Enter Store Details

Fill in your store name and store URL, then click 'Add' to proceed.

Copy Your Integration ID

Your store API key / Integration ID will be generated. Copy it — you'll need it later in Step 7.

Install EasyParcel on Shopify

Head to your Shopify admin panel, click 'Apps', search for "EasyParcel - Delivery Made Easy", and click 'Install'.

Start Setup

You'll be redirected to EasyParcel settings under the 'Getting Started' tab. Read through the instructions, then click 'Start Setup'.

Configure Shipping Settings

Under the 'Shipping Setting' tab, select the country you're shipping from, then paste the Integration ID you copied in Step 4.

Review Sender's Details

Check the auto-filled Sender's Details for accuracy. Update anything that needs correcting, then click 'Save'.

Require Phone Number at Checkout

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Checkout. Under 'Shipping address phone number', set it to 'Required'.

⚠️ Important: Skipping this step may cause the buyer's contact number to not be captured. Orders may fail to import due to an empty receiver_contact field, and no AWB (Air Waybill) will be generated for the customer.
