Delivery Duration

Delivery Coverage
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box areas and hotels.
- All services are unavailable for restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, and Lazarus Island.
- There will be a location surcharge of SGD 2 for pickup/delivery to/from Downtown, Orchard & CBD Area.
- There will be a location surcharge of SGD 4 for pickup/delivery to/from Tuas Area.
- There will be a location surcharge of SGD 10 for pickup/delivery to/from Sentosa, Changi, and Tuas South.
- There will be a location surcharge of SGD 15 for pickup/delivery to/from Changi Airline House.
Pick Up
- Booking cut-off time: 8:30 PM.
- For advance booking, your parcel will be collected between 8 AM and 9 AM on the scheduled pick-up date.
- For non-advance bookings, the booked time will be increased by 30 minutes and then rounded up to the nearest half hour. Pickup and delivery time intervals will be 1 hour. For example, if a booking is made at 4:45 PM, adding 30 minutes brings it to 5:15 PM, and rounding to the nearest half hour results in 5:30 PM. The pickup and delivery time slot will be from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
- Pickup and delivery time slots will be shown on the AWB after booking is done.

- Max weight: 25kg.
- Max dimension: L + W + H = 200cm.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.

- Parcel collection will depend on driver availability. Shipments that fail to be collected will be canceled and refunded.
- For uParcel services, kindly book with actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever higher to prevent shipment cancellation without full refund. (with the image).
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- A 50% refund of the total order price will be incurred for parcel cancellation once a driver has been successfully assigned for the delivery.
- Please be informed that once an order booking has been made, there will be no changes to the collection and delivery details. EasyParcel and the courier company will not be held responsible for incorrect details entered by the sender, and no refunds will be given in this instance.
