Delivery Coverage
- Singapore islandwide (Ninja Van coverage areas).
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses and restricted areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 11:45am.
- Pick up time: 9am – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): 5 pcs.
- For pickups of less than the minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5 pieces, a charge of S$5 (before GST) will apply.
Drop-off
Not available.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: L + W + H = 300cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.

- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum SGD100 or coverage on parcel value, whichever is lower.
