What is J&T Express Door-to-door Domestic?

J&T Express Door-to-door Standard is a door to door delivery service which support up to 30kg and have no minimum pick up quantity for door-step delivery.

Delivery Duration

1 – 3 working days after collection (within coverage area).
Delivery is made within 9am to 10pm.

Delivery Coverage

Singapore islandwide (J&T Express coverage areas).
All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

Pick Up

Same day pick up: Book before 8:50am.
Pick up time: Weekdays: 9am – 6pm; Saturday: 9am – 1pm.
Pick up day: Monday to Saturday.
Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
Additional charges for collection and delivery from Sentosa.

Max Weight & Dimension

Max weight: 30kg.
Max dimension: Greatest dimension shall not exceed 80cm on one side, L + W + H = 240cm.
Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.

Parcel Protection

Basic insurance coverage: Maximum SGD100 or coverage on parcel value, whichever lower in value.

All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
Kindly take note that starting from 27th April 2023, parcel weight for J&T Express shipment will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW); whichever higher.
Surcharge may apply for any amendment and printing of new shipment request after the collection by J&T Express.
3rd time delivery – Charges to be billed under the same price model of delivery.
Additional surcharge will be applicable for special request.
An additional surcharge applies to shipments with improper packaging and invalid printed AWB.
