Delivery Duration
3 – 5 working days (subjected to custom clearance).
Delivery Coverage
- Only deliver to Malaysia.
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 12:30 PM.
- Pick up time:
- Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 5 PM
- Saturday: until 1 PM
- NO pick up on Sunday
- Pick up day: Monday to Saturday. Saturday pickups must be booked at least 1 day in advance.
- Orders made on Saturday, will be processed at the next working day for pick up.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
- Please note that a pickup fee of SGD15 applies for areas Sentosa, changi Airfreight Centre and Changi Airport Terminals.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Parcel Protection
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum USD100 or coverage on parcel value, whichever lower in value.

- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.
- For CityLink documents, there’ll be 3 air waybills and 3 commercial invoices auto-generated. Hence, kindly attach a set of air waybills and commercial invoices onto the parcel. The other 2 sets may pass to the delivery man during pick up.
