All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD150 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
Note
- For failed delivery, a small parcel (up to 42cm x 37cm x 61cm) will be sent to POPStation, and the recipient will be notified via SMS to collect it within 3 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected from POPStation within 3 calendar days, the parcel will be returned back to the sender.
- For larger items, 2 re-delivery attempts will be done.
- Suggestion for drop off locker size: small locker: 42(w) x 10 (h) x 61 (d) cm, medium locker: 42 (w) x 23.5 (h) x 61 (d) cm, large locker: 42 (w) x 37 (h) x 61 (d) cm.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. Volumetric weight formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000.
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- For shipments that are not suitable for processing via conveyor belt due to factors such as fragility or improper packaging, additional SGD 1 will be imposed by SingPost.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- Kindly key in your active phone number as a message will be sent to the phone number in order to access the locker service.
- Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there’ll be no changes on the collection and delivery details. EasyParcel and the courier company will not be held responsible for wrong details that were entered by the sender and no refunds will be given in this instance.
