- Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box areas and hotels.
- All services are not available for restricted areas, e.g., Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas, e.g., Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, and Lazarus Island.
- For failed delivery, small parcels (up to 42cm x 37cm x 61cm) will be sent to POPStation, and the recipient will be notified via SMS to collect it within 3 calendar days.
- For larger items, 2 re-delivery attempts will be made.
- If the parcel is not collected from POPStation within 3 calendar days, it will be returned to the sender.
- All rates quoted are net rates inclusive of shipping fees and do not include additional surcharges incurred by the courier. All shipments come with basic parcel protection of a maximum SGD150 or coverage on parcel value, whichever is lower.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever is higher. Volumetric weight formula = (height x width x length)cm / 5000.
- For shipments that are not suitable for processing via conveyor belt due to factors such as fragility or improper packaging, an additional SGD 1 will be imposed by SingPost.
- For some condominiums and housing areas that require permission to access, parcels will be delivered to the collection point or locker due to the lack of access for drivers to deliver to the doorstep.
