Note
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- For shipment that not suitable for processing via conveyor belt due to factors such as fragility or improper packaging, additional SGD 1 will imposes by SingPost
- For unsuccessful delivery, small parcel (up to 42cm x 37cm x 61cm) will be sent to POPStation, recipient will be notified via SMS to collect it within 3 calendar days. For larger items, 2 re-delivery attempts will be done. If not collected from POPStation (small parcel) or delivery attempts fail (large parcel), shipment will be returned to sender.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. Volumetric weight formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000
- Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there’ll be no changes on the collection and delivery details. EasyParcel and courier company will not be held responsible for wrong details that was entered by sender and no refunds will be given in this instance.
