Delivery Coverage
- Worldwide international delivery
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 4:50pm.
- Pick up time: 10am – 7pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
- Parcels booked after 4:50pm will be picked up the following working day from 10am to 7pm.

Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 70kg.
- Max dimension: 274cm in length and 330cm in length + girth
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
- S$20 per kg or S$100 per shipment, value stated on the invoice or the maximum coverage offered by courier companies, whichever lowest.

Note
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.
- 2 copies of invoices and 2 copies of AWB’s will have to be provided upon collection.
- One copy of the invoice and AWB will have to be attached on the parcel, another copy will have to be passed to the collector. – Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 24 hours upon successful delivery.
