- Viamove 8 hours service: The order that is booked between 12am-8:50am, driver will perform parcel collection and delivery within 10am-6pm on the collection date.
- Viamove 4 hours services: The order that booked between 12am-9:50am, driver will perform parcel collection and delivery within 11am-3pm on the collection date, while the order that booked between 9:50am-12:50pm, driver will perform parcel collection within 2pm-6pm on the collection date.
- For orders made before 6pm, parcel will be collected and delivered on next day within 9am-5pm within Viamove coverage areas.

All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum coverage of SGD10 per kg with maximum SGD100 per parcel or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
Note
- With Viamove service, it’s optional to print out the air waybill (AWB). If you do not have a printer, just complete your booking, write down the tracking number (AWB no.) with sender contact number on the parcel and wait for pick up at your door! Kindly inform the driver to key in the written AWB number into the system during collection. If you have a printer, kindly print out and attach the air waybill (AWB) to your parcel.
- All rates quoted are nett rate exclusive of other surcharges.
- Kindly book with the correct weight to prevent shipment cancellation by courier.
- Drivers will be assigned for collection by Viamove. If Driver canceled the order after accepted the job, new driver will be auto assign to pick up your shipment.
- Viamove may refuse to accept an item for transportation if it is a Restricted Item. Sender will be responsible for the full fare.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas, hotels and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- 50% shipping fees will be applied to the sender if delivery request is cancelled after Viamove driver has already been assigned to collect the Parcel(s).
- Kindly check the prohibited/restricted item list before sending, as if it is under the prohibited/restricted item list , there will be no compensation for any loss and damage parcel.
- Kindly book with actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever higher to prevent shipment cancellation without full refund. The surcharge will be charged to your EasyParcel account.
- For delivery to Tuas, Sentosa , Changi Airport, there will be an additional charge of SGD 6.50 per order (estimated). System will automatically bill to your EasyParcel account once received a billing invoice from Viamove.
