This is a cross-border shipping service requiring a minimum order quantity of five parcels per shipment. This service offers reliable door-to-door international deliveries with real-time parcel tracking, catering to businesses aiming to expand their reach globally.
Delivery Duration
2-5 days to West Malaysia, 4-10 days to East Malaysia but also subjected to custom clearance.
Delivery Coverage
- Only deliver to Malaysia.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 11:45am.
- Pick up time: 9am – 6pm. (TBC)
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.

Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: Greatest dimension shall not exceed 100cm on one side, L + W + H = 200cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.

Note
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.
- Shipments that are returned to Singapore will have charges applicable to according to the weight of the shipments.
- Please make sure to include theitem description andgoods value during shipment order creation, otherwise parcels without the above inputs will be rejected and RTS automatically.
- Shipment orders with incorrect/incomplete information regardingitem description and parcel value will be rejected and RTS automatically. As for the initial delivery charges, it will not be refunded and return charges for these shipments will be applied to the sender for this matter.
- Kindly do not send prohibited item.
- For prohibited items specifically fall under the category of food, electronic, and liquid, if the user insists on sending, the user must attach the MSDS form on the shipment before collection by driver. As the MSDS form is only functioning as a support document hence NinjaVan/Custom Department will have the full right to reject the item accordingly. If so, the initial delivery charges and return charges will be required.
