Ninja Van’s Ninja Standard is a door-to-door delivery service that offers reliable and affordable parcel shipping for businesses and individuals. It provides nationwide coverage with doorstep pickup and delivery, real-time tracking, and flexible delivery options to ensure a seamless shipping experience.

Delivery Coverage
- Singapore islandwide (Ninja Van coverage areas).
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses and restricted areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 11:45am.
- Pick up time: 9am – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): 5 pcs.
Drop-off
Not available.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: L + W + H = 300cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
Basic insurance coverage: Maximum SGD100 or coverage on parcel value, whichever is lower.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Available.
- COD Charges: SGD2 or 4% of COD amount (whichever is higher)
- Courier Settlement Timeline: 4-5 weeks (When users can make a withdrawal request once status is ‘To Release’)
- Min-Max COD Amount: SGD2.01 – SGD2,000 COD amount.
