What if my EasyParcel package is lost?
For Legacy:
Step 1: Head over to “All Parcels” then click on “Parcel Status“.
Step 2: Click on the 3 lines icon and select “Report”.
Step 3: Select “Parcel Lost” from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Provide with the documents needed, such as item invoice, photo of the parcel content and parcel packaging.
 
For Next Gen:
Step 1: Head over to “Manage Shipments” then click on “Domestic & International Delivery“.
Step 2: Click the 3 dots icon of the shipment and select “Report”.
Step 3: Select “Parcel Lost” from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Provide with the documents needed, such as item invoice, photo of the parcel content and parcel packaging.
Login into EasyParcel. Click on the Integration tab and follow by click on Shopify logo. After redirect, you will come to the page below, this page is your Shopify Admin page. Login to your Shopify Admin page. Go to EasyParcel Shopify Integration page and click on the button “View Details”.

Step 1: Head over to “All Parcels” then click on “Parcel Status“.
Step 2: Click on the 3 lines icon and select “Report”.
Step 3: Select “Parcel Delivery – late delivery/delivery issue” from the drop-down list.

Log in and click “Top Up” under your profile name, next, choose a package and click “Get It Now and Complete your payment.

– Sign up for a free EasyParcel account.

Step 1: Login to your account.
Step 2: Head over to “Manage Shipments” then click on “Domestic & International Delivery“.
Step 3: Click “Print AWB” on the right for a single shipment or select multiple shipments and click “AWB” at the bottom for bulk printing.
How do I contact EasyParcel general customer support?
Step 1: Visit easyparcel.com and select the chat button on the bottom right of the webpage.
Step 2: Select the topic that’s relevant to your enquiry ‘General Customer Support’.

Step 2: Click on “Invoice” tab, and then the list of the order history will be shown.
Step 3: You can filter all these order invoice by order ID or date.
Step 4: Click the “Download” icon if you want to download any of the invoices.
 
For Next Gen:
Step 1: Go to “Account” then click “Transactions”.
Step 2: Click on “E-invoice Transaction” tab, and then the list of the order history will be shown.
Step 3: You can filter all these order invoice by transaction number or date.
Step 4: Click the “Download” icon if you want to download any of the invoices.
How to withdraw EasyParcel credit?
To ensure the security of our customers’ accounts and to keep our priority of giving the service to all users, your EasyParcel credits are not able to be converted into money, cash or such.

Step 1: When you’re required to verify your account, a QR code will pop up, which you’ll need to scan with your phone to proceed to verification.
Step 2: You will be prompted to log into your account.
Step 3: Once logged in, you may read the reminder given, then click on “Let’s Get Started”.
How do I cancel EasyParcel?
For Legacy:
Step 1: Click on “All Parcels” and choose “Parcel Status”
Step 2: Go to the shipment you want to cancel, click the three lines icon.
Step 3: Click on the “Cancel Parcel”.
Step 4: Choose your reason and click “OK” to confirm cancellation.
 
For Next Gen:
Step 1: Click on “Manage Shipments” and go to “Domestic & International Delivery”.

How to change EasyParcel phone number?
For security reasons, users are only able to update or change their mobile number by contacting EasyParcel’s Customer Support Agents via the Contact Us Form or through Live Chat.

Step 1: Choose a sturdy, double-walled corrugated box suitable for your items.

Yes — Qxpress is still operating, but under a new name.
