- A 50% refund of the total order price will be incurred for parcel cancellation once a driver has been successfully assigned for the delivery.
- Parcel collection will depend on driver availability, shipment(s) that are failed to collect will be canceled and refund.
- Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there’ll be no changes on the collection and delivery details. EasyParcel and the courier company will not be held responsible for wrong details that were entered by the sender and no refunds will be given in this instance.
