- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.
- A size surcharge will be imposed if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 300cm. The surcharge will be charged to your EasyParcel account.
