What is SingPost Speedpost Prime Delivery?
Speedpost Prime is a premium service designed for high-value or fragile items, offering next-business-day delivery with enhanced care and security, including secure storage for your valuables to ensure they remain protected throughout the entire delivery process.
Delivery Duration
- One business day within Speedpost coverage area, before 6pm.
Delivery Coverage
- Singapore islandwide (SingPost coverage areas).
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 1:50pm.
- Pick up time: Before 6pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
Drop Off
- Drop off available at POPStops @ Post offices.

Important procedure for Drop-off Service:
Write the tracking numbers clearly on the boxes before proceeding to Singpost Post Office.
Present the generated soft copy of the Airway Bill (AWB) on your devices to the Drop-off point personnel, where they will scan the QR code / bar code on the AWB and assist in printing the AWB and attaching it to the parcel.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 150cm, L + 2W + 2H = 300cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum SGD500 or coverage on parcel value, whichever lower in value.
