All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum USD100 or coverage on parcel value; whichever is lower in value.
Note
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses, FELDA and restricted areas.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee only and does not include address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000.
- There will be an oversize surcharge of SGD13 for shipments that are> 21 inches (54 cm in length) or 2 sides greater than> 17 inches (44 cm).
- There will be an oversize surcharge of SGD23 for shipments that are> 2 cubic feet in volume.
- Claims for damaged shipment or shortages should be provided by the consignee 1 day upon successful delivery
