- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000.
- There will be an oversize surcharge of SGD23 for shipments that are> 2 cubic feet in volume

- Claims for damaged shipment or shortages should be provided by the consignee 1 day upon successful delivery
