EasyParcel reviews claims within 1–3 working days, while courier processing usually takes 2–4 weeks. Once approved, compensation is released within 7–14 working days or credited instantly to your EasyParcel account.

Enhanced Liability are not covered if items are on the Prohibited List, improperly packed (see our Packaging Guidelines), reported late, exceed courier limits, or if the loss/damage wasn’t caused by the courier. For a full list of exclusions, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
