- For non-advance bookings, the booked time will be increased by 30 minutes and then rounded up to the nearest hour. Pickup and delivery time intervals will be 7 hours. For instance, if a booking is made at 3:15 PM, adding 30 minutes brings it to 3:45 PM, and rounding to the nearest hour results in 4:00 PM. The pickup and delivery time slot will be from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

- A 50% refund of the total order price will be incurred for parcel cancellation once a driver has been successfully assigned for the delivery.
- Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there’ll be no changes on the collection and delivery details. EasyParcel and the courier company will not be held responsible for wrong details that were entered by the sender and no refunds will be given in this instance.
