Terma & Syarat

  • Shop, Track & Win campaign is open for all participants who had their orders shipped via EasyParcel platform from 15th March 2023 to 30th June 2023 only.
  • Participants can track if they are eligible to be a part of this lucky draw giveaway by checking their parcel’s tracking number on the Shop, Track & Win webpage.
  • Each participant will be eligible to enter and stand to win prizes in the giveaway if he/she fulfils the participation criteria: purchase from a merchant/seller that is collaborating with EasyParcel, sign up for an EasyParcel account and fill up the participation form within 15th March – 30th June 2023.
  • The merchant that is collaborating with EasyParcel will have the posting criteria fulfilled & displayed on their social media accounts.
  • There is no purchasing limit for participants on any of EasyParcel’s participating merchants.
  • This giveaway campaign is only valid for the merchant’s receiver that is located in Malaysia only.
  • A total of 5 winners will be selected for the first two (2) weeks of the giveaway. The following two weeks until the end of June 2023’s total winners along with the biweekly’s prize(s) will be announced as soon as the current biweekly giveaway is nearing its end.
  • In claiming the reward, EasyParcel may request identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the prize winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
  • A participant can only win ONE (1) prize throughout the campaign period.
  • Giveaway prizes and winners will be announced biweekly throughout the campaign period via EasyParcel’s social media accounts.
  • Winners of the giveaway will be notified via email to arrange for the delivery of the prize. The winner is required to respond by filling up the delivery details form given in the email.
  • The prize will be forfeited if the winners fail to respond back by filling up the form within 5 working days.
  • It is the responsibility of every participant in the giveaway to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details and address in the participation form & EasyParcel account.
  • Winners of the giveaway will have their prize dispatched within 4-8 weeks after 30th June 2023.
  • The prizes may be forfeited to the next winner if the participant is unable to comply with these terms & conditions.
  • Should the merchant, which the winner purchased from, fail to comply with any of the Merchant Terms & Conditions, the prizes of the winner and of the merchant may be forfeited to the next winner.
  • All prizes must be claimed within the stipulated deadline. Any rewards not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited and shall not be entertained.
  • By participating in this lucky draw campaign, participants shall agree with EasyParcel featuring participant’s photos on our marketing channels/materials.
  • The visual prizes that are shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes given may vary in colour, design, and size from the illustrations shown and any request of exchange shall not be entertained.
  • EasyParcel reserves the right to change the prize to other prizes of the same value at any point of time without prior notice.
  • Winners are not entitled to request nor exchange prizes won in cash/credit/other prizes in kind.
