- Additional surcharge applies when:
- Parcel weight is 32.1kg to 40kgs: RM52.40 (additional handling surcharge)
- Packages over 122cm in length or 76cm on the second side: RM52.40 (additional handling surcharge)
- Parcel weight is 40.1kg to 70kgs: RM226.80 (large package surcharge)
- An Additional Handling charge will not be assessed when a Large Package Surcharge is applied.
- Max weight: 70kg
- Max dimension: Each side must not exceed 274cm, L + W + H ≤ 400cm.
- Volumetric weight (VM): (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VM) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
- For every RM345 increase in shipment value beyond RM345, there will be an extra RM7.20 fee for coverage against loss or damage.
