UPS Worldwide Express® provides urgent international shipping with guaranteed delivery by a specific time, ensuring fast service for time-sensitive shipments.
Delivery Duration
- 1 – 3 working days (subjected to custom clearance).
- 10:30am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm or 3:00pm to most parts of the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific, selected areas in the Americas and major cities in Canada.

- To over 220 countries and territories worldwide
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses

- Same day pick up: Book before 2:20pm.
- Pick up time: 9:30am – 5pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.

- Max weight: 70kg.
- Additional handling fee applies when the parcel weight is higher than 25kg as per below:
- 25kgs to 40kgs – RM60.30 (additional handling surcharge)
- 40.1kgs to 70kgs – RM226.80 (large package surcharge)

- Maximum length per package: 274cm
- Maximum total size per package: 400cm in length and girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined.

- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
