- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- Each parcel must be affixed with the Air Waybill (AWB), packing list, and invoice for accurate documentation and smooth processing.
- Items requiring temperature control or shock absorption should be packed in Polyfoam Boxes, temperature-sensitive goods in Insulated Boxes, and durable or non-perishable items in Corrugated Boxes for optimal protection during transit.
- Internal packaging must ensure that deep-frosted content is maintained at consistently low temperatures to preserve product integrity and prevent thawing during storage and transit.
- Not applicable to any type of frozen food that contains pork and lard, alcoholic drinks, glass material and odd parcel packaging.
- Parcels must be packed in an insulated box (min. 3cm thick) or corrugated box (min. 5mm thick).
- Parcel must be deep-frozen or include enough ice packs to maintain temperature and prevent shifting during transit.
