Note
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.
- Claims for damaged shipment or shortages should be provided by receiver 1 day upon successful delivery.
- Any incomplete address or request to amend the shipment address will incur a charge of RM35 per change.
- If a shipment is held at customs and clearance cannot be completed within the required timeframe, the shipment may be destroyed in the destination country. A RM35 service fee per shipment will be charged for disposal.
- If a return shipment is requested due to failed customs clearance, additional return shipping charges will apply, subject to shipper confirmation.
- Any request for Free Domicile (FRDM), which refer to the changes of Incoterms (e.g., from DDU to DDP or vice versa) while the shipment is in transit, will incur a RM65 fee per request.
