- Whole Malaysia.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.

- Same day pick up: Book before 10.50am.
- Pick up time: 9am – 5:30pm
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.

Note
- All rates quoted are nett rates and inclusive of shipping fees only. They do not include any additional surcharges imposed by the courier or customs authorities. Such surcharges may include, but are not limited to, address correction fees, customs duties and taxes, temporary import/export charges import taxes, clearance fees, storage charges, and shipment return or redelivery costs.
- Any incomplete address or request to amend the shipment address will incur a charge of RM35 per change.
- If a shipment is held at customs and clearance cannot be completed within the required timeframe, the shipment may be destroyed in the destination country. A RM35 service fee per shipment will be charged for disposal.
- If a return shipment is requested due to failed customs clearance, additional return shipping charges will apply, subject to shipper confirmation.
- Any request for Free Domicile (FRDM), which refer to the changes of Incoterms (e.g., from DDU to DDP or vice versa) while the shipment is in transit, will incur a RM65 fee per request.
