• All rates quoted are net rates inclusive of shipping fee and do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier/customs such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import/export charges, import taxes or duties, or shipment return charges.

Special Item Guidelines

• Liquid Handling Services are available for eligible shipments. Items containing built-in batteries must be packed separately in accordance with safety requirements.
• Accepted sensitive items include foodstuffs, including liquid or paste-based products will charges liquid handling fee of RM65 per box.
• Claims for loss or damage are only applicable in cases directly caused by transportation issues or visible damage to the outer carton. Claims will not be accepted for:
  • Packaging failure or leakage due to air pressure
  • Spoilage caused by environmental conditions
  • Broken snacks or biscuits during transit
• Accessories and electronic gadgets with built-in batteries (e.g., mobile phones and tablets) are accepted, excluding power banks. All electronic devices must comply with SIRIM certification requirements.
• Flammable and restricted consumer products are subject to strict limitations, including:
  • Perfume (maximum 15ml per box)
  • Essential oils, nail polish, and cosmetic products
  • Non-aerosol spray products only
