- Same-day pick-up can be arranged for locations outside Klang Valley, with a transit time of 2 working days to Shah Alam Hub.
- Deliveries to these areas require an additional 2 working days from the time of departure from Wyngs Shah Alam HQ (import shipments).

- Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box and FELDA areas.
- Postage to postcode 07000 / 07100 is currently out of coverage.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 10:50 AM.
- Pick up time: 11 AM – 5 PM.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
- Pre-booking available up to 30 days in advance.

- Liquid Handling Services are available for eligible shipments. Items containing built-in batteries must be packed separately in accordance with safety requirements.
- Accepted sensitive items include foodstuffs, including liquid or paste-based products will charges liquid handling fee of RM65 per box.
- Claims for loss or damage are only applicable in cases directly caused by transportation issues or visible damage to the outer carton. Claims will not be accepted for:
- Packaging failure or leakage due to air pressure
- Spoilage caused by environmental conditions
- Broken snacks or biscuits during transit
- Accessories and electronic gadgets with built-in batteries (e.g., mobile phones and tablets) are accepted, excluding power banks. All electronic devices must comply with SIRIM certification requirements.
- Flammable and restricted consumer products are subject to strict limitations, including:
- Perfume (maximum 15ml per box)
- Essential oils, nail polish, and cosmetic products
- Non-aerosol spray products only
