Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: S < 5kg; M < 10kg; L < 20kg.
- Max dimension: S < total 100cm; M < total 110cm; L < total 120cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
- Parcels exceeding size limits are classified as the next size category. For example, a 7kg parcel is charged at the M size rate.

- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200 for lost and damage.
- Exclusive parcel protection:

- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
Each parcel must have an Air Waybill (AWB), packing list, and invoice.
Use Polyfoam Boxes for items requiring temperature control or shock absorption.
Use Insulated Boxes for temperature-sensitive goods.
Use Corrugated Boxes for durable or non-perishable items.
Internal packaging must ensure that deep-frosted content is maintained at consistently low temperatures to preserve product integrity and prevent thawing during storage and transit.
- Celsius Express strictly prohibits any type of frozen food that contains pork and lard, alcoholic drinks, glass material and odd parcel packaging.
- All parcels must be properly packed with an insulated box(thickness not less than 3cm) or corrugated box(thickness not less than 5mm).
- The parcel must be deep frosted or sufficient ice packs to maintain the temperature inside the box and to prevent the items from shifting during transportation.
- Changing the pickup address or dropping off at a PUDO station is not allowed. It is recommended to cancel and rebook with the correct address before the pickup booking cut-off time. As long as the parcel has not been picked up and scanned, it will not incur any charges.
