什么是 Aramex 国内配送？

Aramex 国内配送提供快速、可靠的国内寄送服务，为企业和个人提供高效的包裹处理与追踪服务。

交货时间

3 – 5 个工作日
派送时间：下午 1:00 至 6:00。

配送范围

全马地区。
不提供 P.O. Box（邮政信箱）及 FELDA 地区的配送服务。
往返东马的配送需要提供发票。

包裹取件

当日取件：上午 10:50 前预订。
取件时间：上午 9:00 – 下午 5:30
取件日期：星期一至星期五。
最低取件数量（MOQ）：无最低取件数量要求。

寄件

不提供此服务。

Max Weight & Dimension

最大重量：30kg。
最大尺寸：100cm（长）x 50cm（宽）x 50cm（高）
体积重量（VW） = （高 x 宽 x 长）cm / 5000。立即计算！
包裹计费重量将根据实际重量或体积重量（VW）计算，以两者中较高者为准。

保险

基本保险保障：最高 RM200。
专属包裹保障：
- 针对遗失包裹，额外提供 RM50 的 EasyParcel InsurePlus 保障。
- 通过 EasyCover 为贵重包裹提供最高 RM10,000 的保障。

备注

所有报价均为净价，仅包含运费，不包括快递公司或海关当局征收的任何额外附加费用。这些附加费用包括但不限于地址更正费、关税及税费、临时进出口费用、进口税、清关费、仓储费以及包裹退回或重新派送费用。
如地址不完整或要求修改配送地址，每次修改将收取 RM35 的费用。
如果包裹被海关扣留，且无法在规定期限内完成清关，包裹可能会在目的地国家被销毁。每票包裹将收取 RM35 的处理费用。
如因清关失败而要求退回包裹，将产生额外的退件运费，具体以寄件人确认为准。
如在包裹运输途中申请 Free Domicile（FRDM），即更改贸易术语（Incoterms，例如从 DDU 更改为 DDP，或反之），每次申请将收取 RM65 的费用。

  I have been using Easyparcel for years and very satisfied with their service. Most notably, their customer service. Handled any issues with utmost care and speed.

Interface is very user-friendly and informative for me to choose. Tracking is accurate in real time. API is good as well. Most importantly, cheap and affordable price.
