How do I rebook a parcel on EasyParcel?

“Step 1: Head over to the dashboard and go to “”Manage Parcel””. From there, click on “”All Parcel””.
Step 2: Click on “Rebook Parcel””.”

How do I report my delayed parcel?

Step 1: Log in to your account, click on “”Manage Parcel”” then click “”All Parcel””.
Step 2: Click on the 3 lines icon and select “Report”.
Step 3: Select “Parcel Delivery – late delivery/delivery issue” from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Your report will be submitted where our customer support team will follow up with courier on the parcel status.
Step 5: Any further updates can be viewed on EasyParcel’s inquiry board which can be accessed via “”Support””, click “”Customer Support””.

How to change parcel details in EasyParcel?

Unfortunately, you cannot change or edit the shipping address or details after a shipment is created.
However, you can cancel the order you just made by going to ‘Manage Parcel’ and clicking on ‘All Parcels’.
Choose which parcel needs editing, click on the three lines, and click ‘Click Parcel’.

What are EasyParcel's packaging guidelines?

A new and thick walled corrugated cardboard box with a good quality, sturdy packaging paper such as Kraft, is recommended for the despatch of most items.
The larger the size and weight of an item, the thicker and larger an outer box should be used.

What if my EasyParcel package is lost?

Step 1: Head over to “All Parcels” then click on “Parcel Status“.
Step 2: Click on the 3 lines icon and select “Report”.
Step 3: Select “Parcel Lost” from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Provide with the documents needed, such as item invoice, photo of the parcel content and parcel packaging.

How does EasyParcel Malaysia work?

All bookings include pick-up service from your chosen courier without additional charges.
You can easily compare multiple couriers’ rates, their service ratings, and more simply by quoting your parcel details.
You can also book to send anywhere in Malaysia or to more than 247 countries worldwide.

How to track parcel?

All you need is to key in your tracking number inside the column of our parcel tracker.
Enter up to 15 tracking numbers . Separate with a semicolon (;) or return (enter).

Why is my parcel tracking number not working?

Scenario 1: You insert the incorrect tracking number.
Scenario 2: Your parcel has been cancelled.

Is the tracking number case sensitive?

No, it is not. You may key in the tracking number without uppercase/ lowercase; it works for both.

How do I make payments for orders?

Top up with any package and pay easily with EasyParcel credits. Alternatively, you can pay for orders instantly with credit/debit cards or supported e-wallets.

Can I drop off my parcel instead of requesting pickup?

Yes. EasyParcel supports both pickup and drop-off options, but drop-off availability depends on the courier selected.
Click on your preferred courier to check whether drop-off is available.

Can I cancel an EasyParcel order?

You can manually cancel the order through the dashboard after logging in to your account.
By cancelling it yourself, the parcel status will be updated automatically on your dashboard and helps prevent missed responses that could affect your refund from the courier.

Can I use EasyParcel on mobile devices?

Yes. EasyParcel is accessible via mobile browsers and mobile applications for convenient booking and tracking.

Does EasyParcel provide customer support on weekends?

Our customer support operates on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
If you contact us over the weekend, we will get back to you within 24 working hours on the next working day.

Can EasyParcel wallet balance be refunded to a bank account?

Once payment for a top-up package is completed, NO refunds will be given. Your EasyParcel Credits in each EasyParcel account will remain valid only for one (1) year from the date of the previous top-up payment date (“Active Period”).
