UPS Worldwide Express® provides urgent international shipping with guaranteed delivery by a specific time, ensuring fast service for time-sensitive shipments.
Delivery Duration

- 10:30 am, 12:00 noon, 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm to most parts of the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific, selected areas in the Americas and major cities in Canada.

- Worldwide international delivery.
- Within most parts of the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific, selected areas in the Americas and major cities in Canada.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 2:30pm.
- Pick up time: 9:30am – 5pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.

Max Weight & Dimension
- Additional surcharge applies when:
- Parcel weight is 32.1kgs to 40kgs: RM52.40 (additional handling surcharge).
- Packages over 122cm in length or 76cm on the second side: RM52.40 (additional handling surcharge).
- Parcel weight is 40.1kgs to 70kgs: RM226.80 (large package surcharge).
- An Additional Handling charge will not be assessed when a Large Package Surcharge is applied.
- Max weight: 70kg.
- Max dimension: Each side must not exceed 274cm, L + W + H ≤ 400cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage: MYR345 per shipment.
- Exclusive parcel protection:

- For every RM345 increase in shipment value beyond RM345, there will be an extra RM7.20 fee for coverage against loss or damage.
