Delivery Duration
Singapore & Thailand (Bangkok)
- International next day delivery:
Parcels will be delivered between 8am to 8pm on Monday – Sunday.
Hong Kong
- Parcels will be delivered next Wednesday and Friday (subject to customs clearance).
Delivery Coverage
- Only be available from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, Thailand (Bangkok), and Hong Kong.
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO Box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
- Hong Kong additional restrictions: Lo Wu / Mai Po / Man Kam To / Ta Kwu Ling / Lok Ma Chau / Outlying Island District / Ma Wan / Discovery Bay / Restricted Areas / Village houses or villas inaccessible by vehicle / Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge Border addresses.

- Pick up available for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only.
- Postage to postcode 53300 is currently out of coverage.
- Singapore & Thailand:
- Same day pick up: Book before 11:50am.
- Hong Kong:
- Pick up on Tuesday and Thursday only.
- Pick up time: 8am – 6pm
- Pick up day: Daily (except Hong Kong which follows its schedule).
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.

- Max weight: 15kg (Singapore), 15kg (Bangkok, Thailand), 4kg (Hong Kong)

- Max dimension: 60cm x 20cm x 20cm
- Hong Kong
Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 100cm, L + W + H ≤ 120cm.
- Volumetric weight (VM): (height x width x length)cm / 6000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VM) or whichever is higher.
