Delivery Duration
1 – 3 working day within SPX Express coverage.
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery service is unavailable to P.O Box areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 11:50am.
- Pick up time: 9am – 7pm
- Pick up day: Daily (except public holiday).
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
- Advanced booking availability: Available to book up to 2 days in advance
Drop-off
Drop-off available at any SPX Express service points.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg
- Max dimension: The maximum length for one side must not exceed 125cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW): (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
