Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 12pm.
- Pick up time: 1pm – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): 4pcs.
Drop Off
Drop-off available at any Skynet courier Branches.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight:
- Within Peninsular Malaysia, Within Sabah & Sarawak & Inter Sabah & Sarawak: 100kg
- West Malaysia to East Malaysia and vice versa: 30kg
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Parcel Protection
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.
- Protect valuable parcels with EasyCover coverage of up to RM10,000.

Note
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- Additional RM150 will be charged for large shipment deliveries such as mattresses, fridge, sofa, washing machine and many more. Please contact us if you’re unsure about this.
- Please attach KKM approval letter along with your awb & commercial invoice if you’re sending medical/supplement products, otherwise the shipment will be returned with penalty charges.
- For shipment to/from East Malaysia, please do not seal your parcel before pick up as the courier might check on the content to ensure it’s safe to be delivered to the receiving state.
