What is KEX Express Domestic Delivery?
KEX Express Domestic Delivery offers fast shipping solutions with same-day and next-day options, including a convenient drop-off service, ensuring reliable and timely delivery throughout the country.
It got few options for you:
- Point-to-Door: Drop off at a KEX Express point and delivery men deliver to the recipient’s address.
- Door-to-Door: Pickup from your location and deliver straight to the recipient’s address.
Delivery Duration
- Within West Malaysia: 3 working days.
- West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa: 3 – 5 working days (subject to custom clearance).
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 2:50pm.
- Pick up time: 2:30pm – 5pm
- Pick up day: Daily.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): 3pcs.
Drop Off
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 55cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 6000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.
- Protect valuable parcels with EasyCover coverage of up to RM10,000.
