What is J&T Cargo?
J&T Cargo is a logistics service focused on transporting large or bulk shipments.
Delivery Duration
3 – 7 working days after collection.
Delivery Coverage
- Only West Malaysia.
- For parcels picked up from Langkawi, only can send within Langkawi.
- Delivery service is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 5pm.
- Pick up time: 9am – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Daily.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
Drop Off
Drop-off available at any J&T Cargo courier branches.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 150kg
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 400cm, L + W + H ≤ 480cm.
- Volumetric Weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 6000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
- An additional surcharge will be applied for shipments over 50kg.
Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200 or value of the parcel, whichever is lower.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.
- Extra parcel protection EasyCover is available. Get it now!
- For damaged parcels, amount claimable will be 20% of the parcel value or based on the scheduled fees above; whichever is lower.
- For lost parcels, amount claimable will be 60% of the parcel value or based on the scheduled fees in the service info above; whichever is lower.
