- Pick up time: 11am – 7pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
- Pick up available within East Malaysia.

- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: 90cm x 90cm x 90cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.

- Maximum coverage: USD100 per shipment or USD 10 per kg of an individual item in the order, whichever is lower.

- Parcels will be collected by third party courier and delivered by Janio. You will see the appointed courier on the air waybill later.
- Parcels will be inspected randomly as well to ensure it’s safe to be delivered to the receiving country.
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.
