Flash Express Door-to-Door Standard is a fast, reliable shipping service that delivers parcels directly from your door to the recipient’s.
Delivery Duration
- Within West Malaysia, within East Malaysia: 2 – 5 working days after collection.
- West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa: 5 – 10 working days after collection.
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery service is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 2.45pm.
- Pick up time: 1pm – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Daily.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
Drop Off
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 50kg.
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 200cm, L + W + H < 300cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 6000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200 for lost and damage.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Available.
- COD charges: RM5 or 4% of COD amount, whichever is higher.
- Courier Settlement Timeline: 1-3 working days (When users can make a withdrawal request once status is ‘To Release’).
- Min-Max COD Amount: RM5.01 to RM7,000
