Delivery Duration
- 2 to 5 business days to major markets (subjected to custom clearance).
- Delivery by the end of day.
Delivery Coverage
- Ship from anywhere (exclude Malaysia) to more than 210 countries and territories worldwide.
- Delivery is unavailable to to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses
- Check here for countries/territories not served.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 3 pm for same day pickup.
- Pick up time: 11am to 5pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Saturday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
- Parcels booked after 3 pm will be picked up the following working day from 11am to 5pm.
- 2 copies of invoices and 2 copies of AWB’s will have to be provided upon collection. One copy of the invoice and AWB will have to be attached on the parcel, another copy will have to be passed to the collector.

- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.
- If the shipment exceeds the maximum dimension, and maximum weight stated, an additional handling surcharge of RM124.50 per shipment will be imposed.
- Out of Pickup Area Surcharge (OPA): RM112 per shipment or MYR 2.20 per kg, whichever is greater.
- Out of Delivery Area Surcharge (ODA): RM112 per shipment or MYR 2.20 per kg, whichever is greater.
