EMS (Express Mail Service) is a fast, reliable international shipping option for documents and parcels, offering tracking and efficient handling, ideal for urgent shipments worldwide.
Delivery Duration
- Delivery timeframe for documents:
- Singapore: 3 working days after collection.
- For delivery to rural areas, there will be a delay of 1 day from normal service lead time.
- Delivery timeframe for parcel shipments are subjected to custom clearance.

International delivery to selected countries.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 12:50pm.
- Pick up time: 1pm – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
- For orders made after 12:50pm, parcels will be collected on the next working day from 9xm to 6pm.

Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: 100cm x 50cm x 50cm (LxWxH)
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Parcel Protection
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM300 per tracking number at declared value, whichever is lower.
- Claims for damaged shipments or shortages should be provided by consignee 1 day upon successful delivery.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Protect valuable parcels with EasyCover coverage of up to RM10,000.
