Delivery Duration
- Delivery timeframe for documents:
- Singapore: 3 working days after collection.
- For delivery to rural areas, there will be a delay of 1 day from normal service lead time.
- Delivery timeframe for parcel shipments are subjected to custom clearance.

International delivery.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 12:50pm.
- Pick up time: 9am – 5pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
- For orders made after 12:50pm, parcels will be collected on the next working day from 9am to 6pm.

Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 150cm, L+ W + H ≤ 300cm.
- Volumetric Weight (VW): (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Parcel Protection
- Basic parcel protection coverage: RM300 maximum parcel protection coverage per tracking number at declared value, whichever is lower.
- Claims for damaged shipment or shortages should be provided by consignee 1 day upon successful delivery.

International parcels undergo more handling than domestic ones. Use double-walled boxes and ensure no "Prohibited Item" stickers are on the outside of your recycled boxes.
