- Same day pick up: Book before 11.30am.
- Pick up time: 12pm – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): 3pcs.
- A fee of RM5.00 will be applied for pickups below than 3 shipments per stop.
- Pick up available within West Malaysia only.
Drop Off
Drop off available at DHL eCommerce service points.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Min dimension: L: 14cm; W: 9cm
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 150cm. L + W + H ≤ 250cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
- An oversize parcel surcharge of RM50 will be imposed on shipments exceeding 30kg.
