What is DHL eCommerce domestic Delivery?
DHL eCommerce provides cost-effective domestic delivery services, primarily focused on e-commerce businesses, offering reliable and efficient package delivery within Malaysia.
Delivery Duration
- Within West Malaysia:
- 1 – 3 working days after collection.
- West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa:
- 3 – 7 working days after collection.
- Within East Malaysia:
- 1 – 3 working days after collection.
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (excluding within East Malaysia and from East Malaysia to West Malaysia).
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 11.30am.
- Pick up time: 12pm – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): 3pcs.
- Pick up available within West Malaysia only.
Drop Off
- Drop off available at DHL eCommerce service points.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Min dimension: L: 14cm; W: 9cm.
- Max dimension: L + W + H ≤ 250cm.
- Max Length / Width / Height: 150cm / 100cm / 100cm
- Volumetric weight (VM) = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VM) or whichever is higher.
Parcel Protection
- Basic parcel protection coverage: Maximum RM200.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Available.
- COD Charges: RM6 or 4% of COD amount, whichever is higher.
- Courier Settlement Timeline: 1-3 working days (When users can make a withdrawal request once status is ‘To Release’)
- Min-Max COD Amount: RM6.01 – RM2,000

Notes
- A fee of MYR 5.00 will be applied for pickups below than 3 shipments per stop.
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as pickup fee below 3 parcels, penalty for undeclared dangerous goods, shipment return charges, return shipment processing fee et cetera.
- Please be informed that if a shipment fails to be delivered, the parcel will be returned to the sender with return shipping costs incurred.
- For Langkawi: Handling fee of MYR 22 will be applied plus any applicable taxes or duties based on actual costs.
