City-Link Express Door-to-Door covers whole Malaysia including West and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). City-Link Express Hamper Delivery covers cross-state delivery within West Malaysia and within-state delivery for East Malaysia — West Malaysia to East Malaysia (and vice versa) is not available for Hamper Delivery. Both services do not deliver to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, and FELDA areas. Get a quote to check delivery availability and rates for your area.

City-Link Express offers both pick-up and drop-off options. For pick-up, book before 12:50pm for same-day collection (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm; Monday to Thursday for Kelantan & Terengganu). Drop-off is available at any City-Link Express courier branch for the Door-to-Door service. Note that Hamper Delivery does not support branch drop-off. Shipments to Sabah & Sarawak must be accompanied by an invoice. Book now to get started.

Hampers must be adequately packed and protected inside carton boxes to allow proper handling. Any beverages or glass bottles must be properly padded with bubble wrapping or other protective padding to withstand delivery impact. For Door-to-Door, the maximum weight is 40kg with a maximum dimension of L + H + W ≤ 450cm. Parcel weight is determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever is higher — VW is calculated as (height × width × length) cm ÷ 5000. For Hamper Delivery, the maximum gross weight is 30kg with a maximum dimension of L + H + W ≤ 200cm per hamper unit, based on actual weight only.
