- Import to Malaysia only.
- Delivery service may be unavailable to PO Box / APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

Pick Up

- 2 copies of invoice/packing list and a Commercial Invoice (per EasyParcel’s template) must be provided upon collection at origin.
- MSDS is required where applicable for restricted/DG-adjacent items.

Max Weight & Dimension
- Maximum weight: 68kg.
- Max dimension: Shipment dimensions must not exceed:
- 274cm along its longest side.
- 76cm along its second-longest side.
- 330cm in length and girth (L + 2W + 2H).
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual weight or volumetric weight (VW), whichever is higher.
- Volumetric Weight (VW) = (L + W + H) cm / 5000. Calculate now!
Parcel Protection
- Basic coverage: USD 100 per shipment, or USD 20/kg for air/non-road transport, or USD 10/kg for road transport, whichever is greater.
