What is City-Link Hamper Delivery?
City-Link Hamper Delivery offers comprehensive shipping solutions within Malaysia, ensuring quick and reliable parcel delivery.
Delivery Duration
- West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days
- East Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days
- For Outskirt Delivery Area’s (ODA): 1 to 4 working days.
Delivery Coverage
- Cross state delivery service is only available for states within West Malaysia.
- Delivery service is only available for within state for states in East Malaysia.
- Delivery services are NOT available for West Malaysia to East Malaysia, vice versa.
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses and FELDA areas.
Pick Up
- For all states in Malaysia (Except Kelantan and Terengganu):
- Monday to Friday: Pick up window will be from 9am to 5pm.
- Bookings received before 12:50pm will be picked up on the same day.
- Monday to Friday: Pick up window will be from 9am to 5pm.
- For Kelantan and Terengganu:
- Monday to Thursday: Pick up window will be from 9am to 5pm.
- Bookings received before 12:50pm will be picked up on the same day.
- Monday to Thursday: Pick up window will be from 9am to 5pm.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.

Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg (Total gross weight)
- Max dimension: L + H + W ≤ 200cm (per hamper unit)
- Parcel weight will be determined by actual weight.
Parcel Protection
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200 or parcel value, whichever is lower.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.
- Protect valuable parcels with EasyCover coverage of up to RM10,000.

- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- Festive Hamper: Hampers are required to be adequately packed and protected inside CARTON BOXES to allow proper handling and management of the hamper units deliveries. Any beverages, glass bottles shipments must be properly padded with bubble wrapping / other protection padding to withstand delivery impact.
- EasyParcel and City-Link owe you no duty to inspect or check the packaging of the hampers and shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from inadequate or improper packaging.
