What is J&T Express Domestic Delivery?
J&T Express Domestic Delivery in Malaysia offers fast, affordable parcel shipping within the country, covering both Peninsular and East Malaysia. It provides same day pickup options and real-time tracking for reliable logistics support.
It got few options for you:
- Point-to-Door: Drop off at a J&T point and delivery men deliver to the recipient’s address.
- Door-to-Door: Pickup from your location and deliver straight to the recipient’s address.
Delivery Duration
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery service is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 1:50pm.
- Pick up time: 1pm – 6pm.
- Pick up day: Daily.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
Drop Off
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 150cm, L + W + H = 300cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 6000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Parcel Protection
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.
- Protect valuable parcels with EasyCover coverage of up to RM10,000.
Prohibited Items
Online Tracking
Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Available.
- COD Charges: RM7 or 4% of COD amount, whichever is higher.
- Courier Settlement Timeline: 7-12 working days (When users can make a withdrawal request once status is ‘To Release’)
- Min-Max COD Amount: RM7.01 – RM1,000
Proof of Delivery (ePOD)

- Please be advised that if a parcel fails to deliver; the parcel will be returned to the sender with return shipping costs incurred.
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there’ll be no changes on the collection and delivery details. EasyParcel and courier company will not be held responsible for wrong details that was entered by sender and no refunds will be given in this instance.
