Delivery Duration
- Within West Malaysia:
- 1 – 3 working days after collection
- West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa:
- 2 – 5 working days (subject to custom clearance)
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO Box (Post Office Box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.

Same day pick up: Book before 2:50pm.

Pick up time: 2pm – 5pm.
- Pick up day: Daily.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): 3 pcs.
Drop Off
Drop-off available at any KEX Express courier Branches.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 55cm.
- Volumetric Weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 6000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.

- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200 for lost and damage.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
