Delivery Duration
1 – 3 working day within LEX coverage.
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box and FELDA areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 1:50pm.
- Pick up time: 10am – 6pm.
- Pick up day:
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
Drop-off
Drop-off available at Lazada Express locations provided during booking.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 30kg.
- Max dimension: Longest side shall not exceed 71cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW): (Height × Width × Length)cm / 6000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage: Maximum RM200.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.

Online Tracking
Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Available.
- COD Charges: RM10 per parcel.
- Courier Settlement Timeline:
- Months with 4 Fridays: Payment on 2nd & 3rd Fridays.
- Months with 5 Fridays: Payment on 2nd, 3rd & 4th Fridays.
- Users can make a withdrawal once status is “To Release”.
- Min – Max COD Amount: RM10.60 – RM250.
Proof of Delivery (ePOD)
Note
- All rates quoted are nett rates, inclusive of shipping fees but exclude additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- If a parcel fails to deliver, it will be returned to the sender, and return shipping costs will be incurred.
