What is Flash Express Paperless Drop-off?
Flash Express Paperless Drop-off is a convenient and eco-friendly service that allows you to send parcels without the need for physical paperwork. Simply drop off your package at any designated Flash Express location, and the system automatically processes your shipment using digital records.
Delivery Duration
- Within West Malaysia, within East Malaysia: 2 – 5 working days after collection.
- West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa: 5 – 10 working days after collection.
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery service is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.

Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 50kg.
- Max dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 200cm, L + W + H < 300cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW) = (height x width x length)cm / 6000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
Parcel Protection
- Basic parcel protection coverage: Maximum RM200 for lost and damage.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

- COD charges: RM5 or 4% of COD amount, whichever is higher.

Note
- All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier such as reroute charges et cetera.
- Write the tracking numbers on the boxes before proceeding to Flash drop off points. Then, present the generated soft copy of the Air Waybill (AWB) on your devices to the Drop-off point personnel, where they will scan the QR code / bar code on the AWB and assist in printing the AWB and attaching it to the parcel.
